Sales Representative

Job Description:

The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share by effectively managing and overseeing sales activities. This position demands a strategic thinker with a strong track record of success in leading and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

  • Oversee key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Represent the company at industry events and communicate its vision effectively.

  • Align production and sales teams, sharing insights on products, competitors, and market trends.

Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Lead and support the sales team, setting goals and fostering client relationships.

  • Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market needs.

  • Identify new product opportunities through retail visits and propose promotional ideas.

Strategic Planning

  • Shape business strategies as part of the senior leadership team.

  • Optimize strategies for products and clients, including regional promotions.

  • Analyze performance metrics and create actionable improvement plans.

  • Identify long-term market opportunities to grow market share.

Budget and Resource Management

  • Manage the sales budget to maximize resource efficiency.

  • Streamline sales processes and tools to improve performance.

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of sales experience, including a proven track record of sales

  • Experience in FMCG and F&B sector is highly preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales performance metrics and reporting

  • Exceptional Communication and Negotiation skills
