Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns and Strategy:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative and effective strategies that align with company goals.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and advertisements.
Work with designers to produce visually compelling materials for campaigns and promotions.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and platforms.
Conduct regular market research to identify trends and competitors’ activities.
Event Coordination:
Organize and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and materials for marketing events.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics tools.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on campaign performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to maximize campaign reach.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Food and Beverage industry.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
Creative thinker with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
