Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns and Strategy:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative and effective strategies that align with company goals.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and advertisements.

  • Work with designers to produce visually compelling materials for campaigns and promotions.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and platforms.

  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends and competitors’ activities.

Event Coordination:

  • Organize and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and materials for marketing events.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics tools.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on campaign performance.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

  • Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to maximize campaign reach.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Food and Beverage industry.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).

  • Creative thinker with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.

  • Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
