This Financial Accountant will be owning the finance function for a global home appliance brand and driving the growth plans locally. This role requires an energetic CA/CPA qualified or part-qualified individual to take on the financial reporting duties that are essentially the delivery of the month-end function for their designated business unit. The role will suit someone with recently qualified experience and looking to build on their core financial accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Support the month end process, delivering within reporting timelines and providing variance analysis on actuals vs budget

·         Month end reconciliations and cash flow reporting

·         Implement process improvements in the delivery of month end enhancing speed without compromising accuracy

·         Refine and improve the control environment within financial reporting

·         Ownership of any statutory reporting 

  What are we looking for?

·         CPA/CA qualified or near completion

·         A team player with energy and initiative, able to work cohesively under pressure

·         Can identify needs for process improvement and able to make improvements autonomously

·         Audit or Business Services previous experience will be highly regarded

·         Comfortable in working with stakeholders outside of team finance
